Which style cabin would you like us to base our estimate on? Please note, the Hoosier style is approximately 10-15% more than our other style cabins.

What size cabin are you interested in? Typically a 1 bed/1 bath cabin is minimum 14X28 and a 2 bed/2 bath cabin is 14X40. We can deliver up to 16 feet wide to create even more living space.

How do you plan on paying for/financing your cabin?

Holly’s Home Structures does not offer RTO or in-house financing on finished cabins. We do, however, offer RTO for our cabin shells. If you need financing for a finished cabin, you’ll most likely need to go through your local bank or credit union for approval. We have a credit union that will work with you up to $50K based on credit approval, if you’re within 100 miles of the Cincinnati Tri-State. We also work with a local mortgage company who can assist you with more financing options.
